At Plush Marketing Agency, I led influencer marketing campaigns and social media strategy for hospitality brands across the Washington DC and Maryland markets. My role spanned the full campaign lifecycle— from researching and vetting DMV-based food and lifestyle creators, to coordinating influencer dining experiences, managing deliverables across Instagram and TikTok, and tracking performance to refine creator selection.
I built and maintained a curated creator network that allowed restaurant clients to quickly activate influencers for menu launches, brunch promotions, and new openings. Beyond campaign execution, I developed a repeatable workflow system for vetting, coordination, and performance tracking that made campaigns easier to scale across multiple restaurant brands simultaneously.
